Hey everyone! I'm Liz Maldonado, the proud Founder of BTSGLAM. I've been working in the industry for 11 years now, and it's been an incredible journey so far. I grew up in Atlantic City, NJ, and spent most of my childhood dreaming of performing on the big screen. My passion for the arts started at a young age, and I've been hooked ever since. I majored in Dance and have seen everything behind the scenes since the age of 7. As much as I loved dancing, I always wanted to explore other avenues in the industry. That's why I decided to try Cosmetology school - I wanted to see what it was like to glam people up for the big stage. I'll never forget the feeling of making everyone feel beautiful and confident. That's why I created BTS GLAM SQUAD. I wanted to work with freelance stylists who shared my passion for behind-the-scenes glamming, not just in bridal, but in all aspects of the industry, including editorial, fashion, commercial and more. I truly loved dancing, but I wanted more and thought, why not try Cosmetology school? Performing on stage meant getting yourself and others glammed up to shine on that stage. I can remember how it made everyone feel. That's why I create BTS GLAM SQUAD. I wanted to hire freelance stylists who enjoyed the Behind scenes, glamming clients up for any occasion. Not only working in bridal but building in all Glam industry aspects, such as editorial, fashion, commercial and more.
